2026 CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation proposal for the 2026 Black School Psych Summit. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, January 16, 2026. All accepted presenters will be notified by February 1, 2026. This summit is an opportunity to share your research, knowledge, and expertise. We’re seeking sessions that reflect our theme, Rooted in Resilience: Resist, Restore, Rise, with the purpose of uplifting and informing the work of Black school psychologists and students. Period!
We welcome proposals on innovative practices, Afrocentric perspectives, cultural insights (such as the Collective Fingers Theory), and actionable strategies in school psychology to help attendees expand their vision for the field. In addition to traditional research-based discussions, we’re seeking presenters ready to engage participants in active experiences like art therapy, sound therapy, fitness, nutrition, financial literacy, AI applications, and mindfulness practices. If you're passionate about guiding others through practical wellness strategies in real-time, we’d love to have you join us!
